Spring University conference

There will be shuttles from Eindhoven Airport and Helmond Train Station.  If you choose the shuttle service as you register for the conference, it will add an addtional €10 to your total registration fee.  This service is a round-trip service and includes the trip back to either Helmond or Eindhoven Airport after the conference.

We recommend you try to time your arrival to the either of the shuttle locations between 4 PM and 6:30 PM on Friday, 17 March.  If you want to come early to help with setup, please email us at events@unistudents.eu so we can work out an earlier shuttle for you.  If you are arriving before or after the time window mentioned above, we won’t leave you stranded, but please contact us at events@unistudents.eu so we can ensure you will have a shuttle.

There will also be shuttles back to both shuttle locations at the conclusion of the conference.  We recommend that you book all your train departures after 1:30 PM on Sunday, 19 March, if you don’t want to miss anything happening on the last day of the conference.If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at events@unistudents.eu.
