Registration Deadline: 20 October 2024 (Sunday)
Registration Fee: £85 (includes full board and accommodation, and conference handbook). A late fee of £5 will be added after the 20 October deadline, subject to capacity.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Our policy is that there are no refunds after the registration deadline. We understand that sometimes unavoidable conflicts arise. If this is your situation, and you wish to submit a refund request, please email events@unistudents.eu. We cannot guarantee any refund request, but we will make a decision on refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Coach from London: £50 return from Newbury Park station, departing 11.15am on Friday, 3 November. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Register and pay (coach deadline: Lord’s day, 22 October 2023).

Conference Venue
This year the conference will be in Conisbrough (near Doncaster, South Yorkshire) at a conference centre called Kingswood – Dearne Valley.
TRAVEL
By Train
Conisbrough has a train station, which is one stop from Doncaster Train Station (a stop on the LNER line from Kings Cross). The Conisbrough train station has an exit that leads directly to the venue, so you can easily walk from the station to the conference venue: Kingswood – Dearne Valley.
Coming from Outside the UK
The nearest airports to Dearne Valley are Leeds-Bradford (LBA) or Manchester (MAN). You can take a train from Manchester Airport to Conisbrough and a bus and train from Leeds-Bradford Airport to Conisbrough.
All train tickets can be easily booked via Trainline, an app commonly used here in the UK for train travel.

Who this Conference is For

General Conference Schedule
A more detailed schedule will be provided closer to the time of the conference. Here is a brief sketch:
- Registration opens at 4:30 PM on Friday afternoon, 15 November;
- Dinner starts on Friday at 5:30 PM, lasting until 7:30 PM; if you need us to save dinner for you, please email events@unistudents.eu;
- The first session of the conference begins at 7:30 PM on Friday;
- The final session of the conference will conclude at approximately 1 PM on Sunday, 17 November.
Linen
Kingswood – Dearne Valley provides every attendee with bed linen. Towels and toiletries are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
Dietary Restrictions
Please let us know on the registration form concerning any doctor-certified allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
What to Bring
- Clothing appropriate for the meetings of the conference, bearing in mind it will be November and so the weather can get chilly;
- Recreational clothes and footwear you can get dirty in as the weather is hard to predict;
- A towel;
- Toiletries;
- An umbrella;
- A Bible (if you have one);
- Pen/pencil or some means of taking notes;
- A water bottle.
