Can you fellowship regarding having a motive or intention when contacting people?
[#24 Q3] I think it’s easy, when we’re contacting people, to have a motive, an intention, because we want them to get saved and come into the church life. I think a lot of people speak to people in that way, but sometimes it can veer close to, or have the appearance of, proselytizing. Any fellowship along this line would be very helpful.
It is important to point out that these brothers do not presume to have the answers to our questions. Rather, they are willing to provide a response in fellowship, and to encourage us to personally go to the Lord and consider all these things before Him.
