Subject: The Humanity of Jesus for the Fulfillment of God’s Purpose

Dates: Friday, 23 March – Lord’s Day, 25 March
Cost: €68, if you register by 4 March, 2018; €75 if you register after 4 March but before the end of the day on 11 March, 2018. The registration fee covers the cost of your registration packet, lodging and meals during the conference.

Refund Policy: Cancellations before midnight 11 March, 2018 are refundable. Cancellations after 11 March, 2018 will be non-refundable.
Eligibility: This conference is intended for university students but is also open to those 16 and over (in upper-secondary school or equivalent). Those under the age of 18 must print and bring with them a consent form signed by a parent or adult with parental responsibility. Linen: Only a bed and pillow are provided by the facility. We recommend bringing your own pillowcase, sleeping bag and fitted sheet. If you wish to rent a linen set (pillowcase + duvet + fitted sheet), the cost is €10. There are no towels available, you must bring your own. If you wish to rent linen, please select this option beforehand on your registration form.
Transport: The following are suggestions for making your way to the conference:
– Fly into Eindhoven Airport
– Fly into Amsterdam and take the train to Helmond. A direct train RUNS from Amsterdam Schiphol to Helmond every half hour. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes.
– Fly into Dusseldorf Airport (DUS), NOT Dusseldorf Weeze Airport, and take a train to Helmond train station. The journey takes 2 hours and 20 minutes (including a 30 minute transfer)
Shuttles will be provided from the Eindhoven airport and the Helmond train station to and from the conference venue. The shuttle times are included below:
Friday, March 23: Shuttles will run BETWEEN 3pm – 7pm to the conference venue.
Lord’s Day, March 25: Shuttles will run BETWEEN 12:30PM – 14:30PM from the conference venue.
The cost of using this shuttle service is €5, which will cover your shuttle transportation to and from the conference venue. By selecting that you want the shuttle service, an additional €5 will be added to your registration fee.
If your arrival or departure time is outside of these times, please do your best to make your way to the conference venue via public transportation or taxi. We will send out contact information for the transportation team to all conference registrants so that you can contact us as needed when you are traveling to the conference.
