Amen.
  • 2 Corinthians 3:17 And the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
  • 1 Corinthians 15:45 So also it is written, “The first man, Adam, became a living soul”; the last Adam became a life-giving Spirit.
  • Revelation 1:1 The revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave to Him to show to His slaves the things that must quickly take place; and He made it known by signs, sending it by His angel to His slave John.
  • Revelation 19:7 Let us rejoice and exult, and let us give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. 8 And it was given to her that she should be clothed in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteousnesses of the saints. 9 And he said to me, Write, Blessed are they who are called to the marriage dinner of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God.

God wants to dwell in our heart and to fill us with his life. That means that we incorporate him through faith and that his spirit is mingled with ours. Then we can experience and enjoy Christ. Although we have sin in us, God has made it possible in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, thank you for the divine life! We love you!

  2. The central and crucial line in the Bible is that Christ is everything to us. The Lord Jesus today is the all-inclusive Spirit in our spirit. Our only need is to give ourselves to Him, to love, to live by Him, and to take Him as our life, our person, and our everything.

Also, a good indicator of whether or not you are in the Spirit is to examine yourself, as long as you are not in your mind, emotion or will, then you must be in your spirit. There are only four chambers of your being in which you can dwell: the chambers of the mind, emotion and will, and the inner chamber of the spirit.

  3. I enjoyed from chapter 2 of the young people’s training book that Christ is everything to us!

But how can He be everything to us? By His being the all-inclusive Spirit, and this all-inclusive Spirit is making His home in us! Amen Lord, make your home more in our hearts today!

  4. Christ is everything to us, the only thing that we need to do is to give ourselves to Him, then He becomes our life, our person and our everything. We need to check that we are in the spirit before we even say a word to someone else. We do not need doctrines, they are only good for outward behaviour, but we need to take Christ. Nothing works to overcome sin except the all-inclusive Christ as the Life-giving Spirit. I have no need to overcome sin, He is the way! I do not need to seek to be holy – holiness is mine because Christ is mine! If we practice this, we will live a life of victory, holiness and life!

There are two main things that we need to live in the proper church life: Christ and the standing on the ground of oneness in localities. If we stand on doctrine, we shall be divided, but when we take Christ, He becomes the uniting oneness between us. We need both the Body and the Head for the proper church life.

All this is for the building up of the bride, the overcoming believers, who will bring an end to this age and cause the Lord to return. To be an overcomer means to overcome the degraded situation in Christianity and to live a normal Christian life. There shouldn’t be anything special about being an overcomer, it is just one who lives the way a Christian should – by Christ!
