East Coast (Northerners): Day 13 – Pittsburgh to Boston; a 12 hour journey!

Lord’s day, 23rd July

A relatively early morning for all of us given our late arrivals the night before. Starting our day at 8am to Pittsburgh and making our way to Boston.

Clear roads on Lord’s day morning!

First stop was breakfast at The Original Waffle Shop in State College! The van arrived before the other car so we had some time for the bros to do some singing.

Once we all arrived, we headed in for brunch!

The food is here!

While the brothers wait for the rest of their orders.

Ready to feast!

After brunch we were back on the road, our next stop was Scranton, Pennsylvania! We stopped by a little cafe to stretch our legs, fuel up on coffee, and check out a little park too!

The cafe we stopped at had a really interesting decor with a lot of historical pieces and photos of past presidents.

We journeyed on our way after and was so glad to see the signs for Boston!

Most of the cities here are named after the cities in England.

The sunset over Hartford as we head to the final stop before Boston – Mexican food for dinner!
Dinner stop at Fiesta Mexicans Vernon.
Burning off some energy after a large dinner and another two hours left on our journey for the day!

“That which we have seen and heard we report also to you that you also may have fellowship with us, and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.”
