This year the UK students are on a blending trip to California and Illinois! We are a bit late getting this blog started, but hope to be able to share with you our enjoyment from the trip from now on, as well as catching up on the last week and a half, as we can!
Our trip this year includes:
- Part 1: a few days in California before the Semiannual Training – 19 saints
- Part 2: Semiannual Training in Anaheim – 23 saints
- Part 3: A few days in California after the Semiannual Training – 29 saints <— where we are now
- Part 4: A few days in Chicago before the North America College Training – 70 saints
- Part 5: North America College Training – 83 saints (total attendance: 2800)
- Part 6: A few more days in Chicago – 65 saints
This blog series will follow the blending trip of the UK saints (we are also joined by some from Bulgaria, Latvia, Brussels, and Ireland!). There are a number of other groups of students from other European countries also travelling around the US right now, and we will all meet in Illinois for the North America College Training! In total there are 250 from Europe joining the North America College Training this year, a special event for university students that takes place every four years.
